Though the 3rd sequel to B&T has been "in the works" for several years, they had difficulty getting the financial backing. Today the news broke that the movie has been given the green light. Alex Winter and Keanu Reeves are on set to reprise their roles. A script has been written and Dean Parisot will direct (he also directed Galaxy Quest). The third film will be titled Bill & Ted Face The Music.
