First the skinny eyebrows. Now this.
With 2000s fashion cycling through, the "going-out top" is making a comeback.
"Maybe the spaghetti-strap camisole with the lace neckline? Or the cowl-neck shiny polyester. The teeny-tiny cropped vest. The sequin tube top. The embellished corset. The babydoll. The bubble hem. The ruching in all the right (wrong) places."
While the tops worn in the 2000s might remind you of Laguna Beach, Lindsay Lohan, and
Corsets, bustiers, and handkerchief tops seem to be popular among Gen Z, and they go thrifting for "vintage" tops from 2005, too.
Some millennials interviewed still have their tops and Coach wristlets, but said they don't go out anymore.
