-Just in time for all 8 seasons of Charmed being re-released in HD w/original music restored (compared to Buffy w/nada), Collider has gone ahead and looked back on the hot mess of a series and made some questionable rankings.
7. Season 7!
-Season 7 tried to pack a lot of punch which lead to a messy ass season. They introduced the Uber power Avatars who could bend space and time, Zankou who was TCOs biggest threat since The Source, Charismas Carpenter as a fan fave character....but just about all of that fell apart (as you tell by the gif). Unsure that the show would be renewed the S7 finale had TCO sacrifice themselves to vanquish Zankou and to avoid another All Hell Breaks Loose with the FBI right outside their door.
5. Season 1!
-The season that started it all! Paired with the growing pains is why they ranked it so low. Season 1 would feature the Cowboy Bepop himself, John Cho! It also went against the grain by killing off Andy who was Prue Halliwells OTP.
3. Season 8....
-This was....an interesting choice to rank so high...they found Kaley Cuoco joining the cast as Billie Jenkins to be refreshing and taking the show back to basics. It also had TCO live their lives magically glamoured as their "cousins" since they faked their deaths at the end of S7. Forever Charmed brought back all of the Charmed family sans Shannen Doherty/Prue as the lousy showrunner didnt want her return to overshadow everyone.
1. Season 3!
-Did someone say feud? Because you couldnt notice it on screen. Season 3 is where the show hit its stride and one of the shows darkest seasons. Shannen Doherty would go on to direct the season finale All Hell Breaks Loose where she dies and is written off the show during the summer hiatus.
